Create Your FitBreak Account

All classes at FitBreak are booked online only. You need to create an account first before you can book classes or purchase packages.

How to Sign Up:

  1. a Click the "Get Started" button on the top right of the page
  2. b Enter your email address and create a password, OR sign up with your Google account for faster registration
  3. c Complete your profile by adding your name and contact number
  4. d Your account is now active! You can now purchase credits and book classes.

Pay & Get Your Credits

We accept GCash or bank transfer only — no cash payments. After payment, upload your proof of payment and we'll add credits to your account.

How Credits Appear in Your Account

After you upload your proof of payment, our team will verify it. Once approved, credits are automatically added to your account — no manual steps needed! This usually takes a few hours during business hours. Your payment page will update in real-time when approved.

Credit Expiry

Credits expire based on your package: Guest (7 days), Starter/Standard (30 days), or Power (45 days) from the date your payment is approved. Check your dashboard to see your expiry date!

Book Your Classes

Once you have credits in your account, you can start booking classes!

How to Book:

  1. 1 Go to the Schedule page to see available classes
  2. 2 Click on the class you want to attend
  3. 3 Confirm your booking — 1 credit will be deducted from your account
  4. 4 Show up on time and enjoy your class!

Advance Booking Privileges

  • Guest Drop-In: Next day only
  • Starter (3 days): Book up to 3 days ahead
  • Standard (5 days): Book up to 5 days ahead
  • Power (7 days): Book up to 7 days ahead

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 2 hours before class for a full credit refund. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the credit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring to class?

Bring a water bottle, towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. All equipment is provided by FitBreak.

I'm a beginner. Can I still join?

FitBreak welcomes all fitness levels! Coach Iren provides modifications for each exercise, so everyone can participate safely and effectively.

What happens if I miss a class?

If you don't cancel at least 2 hours before class, you'll forfeit your credit. We encourage you to cancel early so others can take your spot!

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes! Click "Reschedule" on your booking to move it to a different date or time. Your credit is preserved — no additional charge. Just make sure to reschedule at least 2 hours before the original class time.

How long does payment verification take?

Payment verification usually takes a few hours during business hours (Monday-Saturday). After submitting payment, you'll see a live status update on your screen — no need to refresh! You'll also receive an email when your payment is approved.

What happens when my credits expire?

Credits expire based on your package (7-45 days from purchase). Expired credits cannot be used to book classes — you'll need to purchase a new package. Check your dashboard to see your credit expiry date.

Can I share my credits with someone else?

No, credits are non-transferable and tied to your account. Each person needs their own account and credits to book classes.

How do I check in when I arrive?

Show your booking QR code (from your dashboard or email confirmation) to the front desk. You can check in starting 30 minutes before class and up to 60 minutes after class starts.

What are the club rules?

FitBreak has 10 house rules to ensure a safe, empowering, and respectful space for every woman. These include no video recording during classes, women's space only (male companions may wait at the coffee shop downstairs), and respectful behavior. View all Club Rules →
